Where is my order?
Please check the email inbox associated with your RIYTE™ order for your dispatch email. This email contains a Royal Mail tracking number/link used to track your order HERE.
If you cannot find your email, please check your junk/spam inbox, or try searching for your name/address used on the order.

Why is my order taking longer than specified?
Once the delivery has left our warehouse, we have no control over the package. Deliveries are managed by Royal Mail, and while we strive for timely shipments, certain factors may cause delays:
High volumes of packages at depots can slow down the scanning and processing of deliveries.
For certain postcodes (eg. Highlands & Islands), delivery might take an extra 1-2 days due to longer transit times and distance from the depot.
How do I see delivery updates?
Please use the Royal Mail tracking link provided in your dispatch email to track your order.
My tracking number doesn't seem to be working?
Please be patient, your tracking number may take some time to update after your delivery is dispatched and the dispatch email is received.
Tracking numbers are outside our control and dealt with by the Royal Mail. Once the delivery has left our warehouse, we have no control over the package.
Please get in contact with Royal Mail if the problem persists.
My order says it's delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your RIYTE™ order has not arrived, please double check typical safe-places, and look for a missed delivery card.
Please also check with neighbours and your local post office. Royal Mail may have forgotten to post a missed delivery card.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
