What’s inside the tablets?
Our electrolyte contain six essential electrolytes: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and chloride, which are vital for maintaining hydration, nerve function, and muscle health. In addition to these electrolytes, the tablets also contain vitamins B1, B2, B6, and B12 to help with energy metabolism and reduce fatigue, as well as vitamin C to support immune health.

How do I store or recycle them?
Store the tablets in a cool, dry place (between +4 to +25°C), away from direct sunlight. Ensure the container is tightly closed to protect the tablets from moisture and humidity. Please keep the tablets out of reach of young children.
